Chef, Grower, Stylist

Chris Lanier has been involved in producing amazing food literally from the ground up for the past 25 years. From plating dishes as entremetier at Café Boulud, and spending time as the assistant pastry chef to Sam Mason at WD-50, Lanier transitioned from working at some of the world’s most renown restaurants to private chef industry working for high profile celebrities in New York, Long Island and Antigua. In 2005, his food styling career began as assistant to Alison Attenborough and he splintered off on his own in 2011. Chris became a proud owner of a small vegetable farm in Olivebridge NY in 2010 and has since been growing food for his family and a business he co-owns with his wife Dana McClure called Ravenwood – an upstate gathering space in an 1850’s barn that integrates the worlds of farming, food & design.
